QuickLabel Vivo! Touch Support

We provide factory-direct technical support for the Vivo! Touch label printer from the
initial installation visit at your location to ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and
repair telephone consultations, parts replacement service, and in-person visits. This
support service is a standard part of the Two Year Warranty and Customer Support
package that comes with your Vivo! Touch purchase.

At the end of your second year of Vivo! Touch ownership, QuickLabel offers an
optional Third Year and Beyond Customer Support package that acts as an extended
warranty for your label printer and provides continued maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repair assistance from QuickLabel Systems.

Year 3 and Beyond Customer Support Packages include:

Two Visits by Service Technicians - After we visit your facility to install your
Vivo! Touch, you are entitled to receive a second and third service visit to your
facility. Upon your request, we will schedule a factory-based technician to come to
your facility within 5 business days.

These service visits are your opportunity to receive additional training in printer
operation and maintenance to your staff, to have questions addressed in-person,
and to iron out any production issues you might encounter. To get the most out of
each visit, we encourage you to prepare a list of topics you want to cover and share
it with us in advance.

Additional repair visits are available for a fee and are subject to travel expenses.

Unlimited Telephone Support - You receive free and unlimited technical support
by telephone. We guarantee that when you call our technical support line,
877-757-7310 in the USA, (see Contact Information for Factory Sales and Service in
the front of this manual for telephone numbers in other QuickLabel Systems
locations), someone in our Technical Support Department will help you
troubleshoot your problem or assist you in the use of your label printer.

Free Replacement Parts - Under the QuickSwap™ Parts Repair and Replacement
Service, you receive replacement or repair of any faulty system parts, excluding
those damaged by abuse or neglect, without cost. When your printer’s warranty
on parts and labor expires at the end of your second year of ownership, the
Customer Support Package acts like an extended warranty.

Please note that the Vivo! Touch Customer Support Package replacement service
does not include printing supplies or wear parts. Discounted pricing on these
items is available through the MRC Media Contract Program.

Service in Year Three and Beyond - QuickLabel wants you to continue to get the
labels you want over the life of your Vivo! Touch label printing system. When your
Two Year Warranty and Customer Support Package expires, we offer an optional
Customer Support package that provides up to two service visits per year, parts
replacement and repair service, and ongoing telephone technical support service.

Please note that your system may be subject to in-person inspection by a
QuickLabel technician before extension of Year Three and Beyond Customer
Support Package if the support package is purchased 30 days or more after the
expiration of the original Warranty.
