Connect the smaller end of the USB cable to the Vivo! Touch USB type B port. The
type B USB port is located on the right side in the following illustration.
Connect the larger end of the USB cable to an available USB 2.0 port on your
computer.
Once the USB connection is made, the installer will automatically add the Vivo!
Touch to the Printers and Faxes window or Devices and Printers window.

Disable advanced printing features in the driver.
•
In Windows XP, choose
Start > Printers and Faxes
.
•
In Windows Vista, choose
Start > Control Panel > Printers
.
•
In Windows 7, choose
Start > Devices and Printers
.
•
In Windows 8, access the
Search
option by pointing to the upper-right corner
of the screen. Search for "Control Panel" and click the
Control Panel
icon. In
the Control Panel window, click
View Devices and Printers
.
Right-click the printer icon and choose to view the printer properties. Select the
Ports
tab. Ensure the new port is listed and checked.
Select the
Advanced
tab. Uncheck the
Enable advanced printing features
option
and choose
OK
.
