Installation and Setup
Initial Installation and Setup
During the initial installation, a QuickLabel technician will install and set up your
Vivo! Touch printer. He or she will help you get your printer running and answer any
questions you may have.
The QuickLabel technician will:
•
Unpack the Vivo! Touch system components
•
Assemble the Vivo! Touch system components
•
Set the Vivo! Touch up in its final location
•
Install Custom QuickLabel Omni on your computer
•
Install and configure the Vivo! Touch printer driver on your computer
•
Provide training on Custom QuickLabel Omni software
•
Test all media types you will use with the Vivo! Touch
•
Advise you about maintenance recommendations
•
Advise you about precautions to protect your Vivo! Touch system
•
Review methods of obtaining service and support
•
Review printer safety precautions
Moving the Printer
The printer is heavy. To ensure safety when moving the Vivo! Touch, do not attempt
to move it alone. Two people are required to move it.
