This command queries the SNM-1010L DAC board for its current software revision
number.

Where:
X.Y = SNM-1010L DAC software release number.
ZZZ = Revision level for the release.
CCCC = Checksum
4.3.11 Node to NMS Service Messages (NMS_MSG)
This command permits the transmission of up to 28 ASCII text characters to the NMS.
