5.1.15 spanning-tree hello-time
This command sets the Hello Time parameter to a new value for the common
and internal spanning tree. The hellotime is in whole seconds within
a range of 1 to 2 with the value being less than or equal to
"(Bridge Max Age / 2) - 1".
