4.9.23 lldp hm-mode
Configure the port's LLDP Hirschmann mode (if LLDP/IEEE802.1AB frames
will be transmitted to and/or received from the Hirschmann-specific multicast
address 01:80:63:2f:ff:0b).
The default setting is tx-and-rx.
