Reducing or Enlarging a Copy
1.
Make sure that the machine is turned on.
2.
Press the
COPY
button.
3.
Load paper.
4.
Load the original document on the Platen Glass or in the ADF.
Note
Refer to
Loading Paper / Originals
for how to load the original on the Platen Glass or in the
ADF.
5.
Press the Settings button.
6.
Use the
button to select the magnification setting item.
7.
Use the
button to select the reduction/enlargement method.
Note
Some of reduction/enlargement methods are not available depending on the copy method.
Fit to page
The machine automatically reduces or enlarges the image to fit the page size.
Zoom (25 - 400%)
You can specify the copy ratio as a percentage to reduce or enlarge copies.
Select Zoom (25 - 400%) and press the
OK
button, then use the
button to change the copy
ratio.
Press and hold down the
button to quickly advance through the ratios. For details, refer to
Key
repeat
.
Preset ratio
You can select one of the preset ratios to reduce or enlarge copies.
