Error Codes
Error codes may be accessed by attaching either a PC with
ULTRA Master software or a TouchPad to the serial port (J5):

Verify continuity of motor
power cable and connector.
Motor winding shorted inter-

Check for short on R,S,T and
Gnd windings of the motor.
Drive temperature too high
Check for clogged or defective
fan.
Ensure cooling is not restricted
by insufficient space around
the unit.
Operation above continuous
power rating
Verify ambient temperature is
not too high (above 60° C).
Operate within the continuous
power rating.
Output short circuit or over-
current
Drive has a bad IPM, replace
drive.
