nf_smtp_srv
[Server name]

max. 255 characters

Defines the name of the SMTP server.

nf_smtp_port
[Server port]

max. 5 characters

Defines the port number used by the print
server to send emails to the SMTP server.
(Default = 25)

nf_smtp_user
[User name]

max. 255 characters

Defines the name used by the print server
to connect to the SMTP server.

nf_smtp_pwd
[Password]

max. 255 characters

Defines the password the print server uses
to connect to the SMTP server.

nf_smtp_sndr
[Sender name]

max. 255 characters

Defines the email sender name to be used
by the print server.

nf_smtp_ssl
[TLS]

on/off

Enables/disables TLS.
The TLS protocol serves to encrypt the
transmission between the print server and
the SMTP server.

nf_smtp_asp3
[Use POP3
settings]

on/off

Enables/disables the option for using the
parameters 'User name' and 'Password'
from the POP3 settings for authentication.

nf_smtp_sign
[Signature]

max. 128 characters

Defines the signature to be contained in
an email generated by the print server.

Defines the name of the POP3 server.

nf_pop3_poll
[Check mail
every]

max. 4 characters; [0-9]

Defines the time interval (in minutes) for
retrieving emails from the POP3 server.

nf_pop3_port
[Server port]

max. 5 characters
default = 110
SSL = 995

Defines the port used by the print server
for receiving emails. When using SSL,
enter 995 as port number.
