SHOW LOG STATUS
Syntax
show log status
Parameter
None.
Description
This command displays information about the event log feature.
Following is an example of what is displayed with this command:
Event Log Configuration:
Event Logging .................... Enabled
Number of Output Definitions ..... 4
The Event Logging field indicates whether the feature is enabled or
disabled. When the log is enabled, the switch adds events to the log and
sends events to syslog servers.
The Number of Output Definitions is a combination of the event log
itself, which represents one output definition, and any syslog server
definitions that currently exist. For instance, the number 4 for Number of
Output Definitions in the above example indicates the existence of three
syslog server definitions on the switch in addition to the event log.
