test numbers available:
• USA: +216 781.9310, +216 781.9311 (Layer III Dual transmit @ 32 KHz
sample rate)
• USA: +216 621.1826 (aacPlus mono, must call as an Xport call)
• Germany: (49) 81 61 42 061 Dial this number twice (Layer III Dual transmit
@ 32 KHz sample rate)
• Germany: (49) 81 61 42 062 (Layer II Mono @ 32 KHz)
