Using the Setup
Functions Use the Setup function if you are already familiar with the configuration
process for the Rosemount 5300 Series transmitter or for changes to the
current settings:

1. Start the RRM software.
2. In the RRM workspace choose the
appropriate icon for the configuration of
transmitter parameters:
• Wizard: the Wizard is a tool that
guides you through the basic
configuration procedure of a
Rosemount 5300 Series
transmitter
• General: configuration of general
settings such as measurement
units and communication
parameters. This window also lets
you configure which LCD variables
to be displayed, see Section 6:
