Request data - send to host
Definition
This command requests data of a RFID variable that has been read and
assigned with #RFR command. That data is transmitted as response over
selected EASYPLUG interface (same interface that is used for this
request).
Command must be placed between #ER and #Q!

number of variable that has been created by read data command #RFR
m = int
number of bytes in response, filled if necessary with white space (0x20)
n = int
Number of bytes in HEAD

characters that precede response
