Battery Replacement

Vou can tell the hartary is weak if the transnirtter won't
work at the normal range in any locattnn It yen have
to get close to your vehicle betore the iransmliter irtrorks,
it's probably time to change Ihe battery.
The Driver information Center (DIC) will display a
RFA # BATTERY LOW message when the Iransmitier
battery is low.
Notice: When replacing the battery, use care not to
touch any of the circuitry, Static from your body

To rgplaco ihe baltery in the remote keyless entry
transmitter do the following;

Insert e thin coin in the slot between the covers
of the transmitter housing. Gently pry the
transmilter apart
FemovB and replace Ihe battery with a
three-volt CR2032 or equivalent battery,
positive (+) Sfde down
Align the covers and snap them logether.
Chech the operation ol the transmitter.
