Setting the Tone (BassyTreble) Adjusting the Speakers (Balance/Fade)
AUDIO: Press and release the AUDIO knob until BASS
or TREB appears on the display, Turn the knob lo
increase or to decrease. The display will &how ths bass
or treble level If a station is weak or ncusyn you may
wan-t to dacreasB the treble,
To adjust (he bass and treble lo ihe middle position^
push and hefd the AUDIO knob. The radio will produce
one beep and adjusi the display level to the middle
position.
To adjust alt tone and speaker controls to the middle
position, push and hold the AUDtO knob whsn no tone
or speaker control is displayed. The radio will produce
one beep and display ALL with tho lovol display In
the middle position.
AUTO TONB (Automatic Tone): Press This button to
choose bass and treble equalization settings designed
for country/westem, jazz, talk, pop, ruck and ctassJcal
stations.
To return The bass and treble to the manual mode,
press and release tfie AUDIO knob.
AUDIO; To adjust the balance to the right and the
left speakers^ push and release the AUDIO knob until
BAL appears on the display. Turn the knob to move the
sound toward the nght or the left speakers.
To adjust the fade lo the tront and The rear speakers,
push and release the AUDIO knob until FADE appears
on ihe display. Turn ihe knob lo move the sound
toward Ihe front or the rear speakers.
To adjust iho balartce and fade to the middle position,
push the AUDIO krwb then push it again and hold it until
the radio pnoduces one beep. The balance ar>d fade
will be adjusted to the middle position and lha display
will chow th@ speaker balance.
To adjust all (one artd speaker controls to the middle
posilion, push and hold the AUDIO knob when no lone
Or speaker conlrol is displayed. The radio will produce
one beep and display ALL with the level display in
Ihe middle posilion.
