Programming
Canadian radpc-frequertcy laws require (fansmrtter
signals to 'lime ouf or quit attar several seconds of

Similarly, some U.S, gate operators are manufactured to
"lime aur in the same manner.
If you live in Canada, or you are having difficulty
programming a gate operator by using The
“Programming HomeUnk®"' procedures [regardless ol
where you live}, replace Step 3 under "Programming
Home Un k® " with the foltowinp;
Continue to press and hold Iho HomeLink'^' butlon while
you press and release e^^erv lwt> seconds [cycle} your
hand-bgld transmftlef until the Frequency signal has been
successfully accepled by Home Li nk^'^ . The Indicator
tight will flash stowty at first and then rapidly. Proceed
with Step 4 under "Programming HomeUnk®'
