What can you do about highway hypnosis?
First, be aware lhat it can happen.
Then here are somo tips;
* Mgke sure your vehicte is well ventilated,

* Keep your eyes movlrrg. Scan the road ahead
and to Ihe sides, Check your mirrors and your
inslfumentb frequently,
* ti you gel sleepy, pull olt The road into a rest,
service or parking area and lake a nap, gel some
exercise, or both. Far salety, treat drowsiness
on Ihe highway as an emergency.
