Fuel Information

Fuel Range
Press the fuel InEormgtton button unifl RAMGE appears
To display ihe femaming distança you can drive
without refueling. It's based or fuel economy and the
tuei rernaining In the lank. The display will show LOW if
Hie fuel level is low.
The fuel economy data used lo datermino fuel range Is
an average ol recant driving condilions. As yaur
driving conditions change, ihis data is gradually updated,
Fuel range cannot tie re&et.
Average Fuel Economy
Pr&ss the fuel information button until AVG appears In
the display. Avorage fuel economy Is how many
miJes per gallon your vchicla is getting based on current
and past dnving condilions.
Pross and hold Ihe select burton while AVG ECON is
displayed to rosoi the average fuel economy. Average
tuel economy wiJl then ba calculaied starting from
lhal point. If the average fuel ecor^omy is not r^sat,
tt will be conlinually updeted each time you drive.
Instant Fuel Economy
Press lha fuel informaiion button until INST appears in
the display. Instant fuot econorny is how many miles
per gallon your vehicle Is al the particular moment
in tirme, The instant fuel oconoimy cannol be resel
GM Oil Life System
Press the fuel Information hulton until EMGINE OIL LIFE
appears in the display. The GM Oil Life Systam’"
shows an esiimate of the oil's remaining usefuf life.
It will show 100% when the system is reset after an oil
change. It will alert you fo change your oii on a
schedule consistent wilh your driving coudiUuns.
Always reset the engine r3lt life after an oil chapige
To reset the O j H Life System press and hold the selec!
button white ENGINE OIL LIFE is displayed.
The DIG does not roplacg the need to maintain your
vehicle as recommended in the Maintenar>ce Schedule
In this manual. Also, |ho oil charige reminder will not
detor:t dusty conditions or engine malfunciions that may
affect the oil. Also, the oil change reminder does net
measure how much oil you have in your onglne.
