The temperature grades are A (the highest}, B, anci C,
representing the tire's resistance to the genenahon
ot heal and its ability lo dissipate heal wh&n tested
under cantralled canditions on & spetalisd indoor
laboratory test wheei. Sustained high temperalure can
cause the materiai of the tire so cfegenerate and
reduce hre liie, and encessive lemperalure can lead to
sudden ttre failure. The grade C corresponds to a
level of partcrmanco which all passenger car tines must
meet under ihe Federal 'Motor Vehicle Safety Standard
No. ЮЭ. Grades В and A represent higher levels ol
perfornnance on the laboralory test wheel than the
minimum required by laWr
Warning: The lemperature grade for this tire is
established ter a tire that 1e properly Inllatod and not
overloaded EKcessive speed, underinflation, or
eKcessivQ loading, either aeparalely or in combination,
can cause boat buildup and possible lire failure.
Wheel Alignment and Tire Balance
The wheels on your vehicle were aligned and batarwed
caretully a1 the factory ic give you the longest lire life
and best overall performance.
Scheduled whpei alignment and wheel balancing ang
not needed. However, it you nolice unusual tire wear or
your vehlclfl pulling one way or the othor, the alignmsnl
may need to be reset. ti you notice your vehicle
vibrating whon driving on a smooth road, your whopis
may need to be rebalanced.
Wheel Replacement
Replace any wheel that is bent^ cracked or badly rusted
OT corroded. It wheel nii(g keep coming loose, the
wheel, wheel bolls and wheel nuts should be replaced.
