Adding Coolant
If you need more coolant, add the proper DEX-COOL™
coolant mixture at tlie coolant recovery tarik.
A CAUTION:
Turning Ihe radiator pressure cap when Ihe
engine and radiator are hot cart allow sleam
and scalding liquids to blow out and bum you
badly^ With the ccxilant recovery tankn you will
afniost never have to add coolant at the
radiator. Never turn the radiator pressure
cap “ even a little - when the engine and
radiator are hot.
Add coolani mixture at 1he recovery lank, but be careful
not to spill iL
A CAUTION:
You can be burned IF you spill coolant on hot
engine parts. Coolant contains ethylene glycol,
snd ¡1 will bum rf the engine parts are hot
enough. Don't spill coolant on a hot engine.
Occaskjnally check the coolent level in 1hc radiator.

Radiator Pressure Cap
Notfcsi Your pressure cap I e a pressyre-type cap
and must be tightly instalted to prevent coo 1301 loss
artd possible engine damage from overheating.
