number will appear on the display when each track
Elarts to ptayj Press this pushbutton again to lum
off random play. ROM OFF will appear on the display.
SEEK ► : Press the left arrow to go to ihe start
of Ihe current or lo ihe previous tracts. Press The
right arrow to go (o ihe start of the next track. If eHher
arrow 16 held or pressed

continua moving backward or forward through Iho CD.
DiSP (Display): Press this knob lo see how
iong tho cufreht track has been playing. FT and the
elapsed time wjfl appear on ihe display. To
change the defautt on the display (track or elapsed
time), push ihe knob until you see the display
you want, Ihen hold the knob for two seconds.
The radio will produce one heap and selected display
vwill now be the defeuH
AM FM: Press Ihis button to listen to Ihe radio whon a
CD Is playing. Tha disc will stop but remain In Ihe player.
CD AUX (Auxiliary): Presi this button to play a CD
when listening lo ihe radio.
^ EJT (Eject); Press this button lo eject a CD, Ejeot
may be acllvated with either The ignilion or radio ofl.
CDs may be loaded with the tadro and ignition off if this
button Is pressed lirsL
Compact Disc Messages
If Ihe disc comes out. it could be for one ot the loHowtng
reasons:
* You're drlvirtg on a very rough road. When the road
becomes smoother, the disc should play
* It's very hot. When ihe temperature rplurns to
normal, the disc should play.
* The disc is dirty, scralched, wet or upside down.
» The air is very humid If so, wait about an hour and
try again.
It the CD is not playing coTrectly, for any other reason.
Try a known good CD.
It any error occurs repeatedly or It an error canT ba
corrected, contact ypur dealer,
