Exterior Lamps
Your ^Jiterior lamps knob
Is located on your
Instrument panel to the lefi
of the steering wheel
/ ^Otf); Turn the knob to this symbot and release It to
turn atf the Daytime Running Lemps {DRL} and the
aulomaiic hsadlfimps. An Indicaior will illuminate whan
the position is selected.
(Automatic DRL/AHL) t Turning the knob to this
symtxil puts the system into automatic headlamp mode.
An indicator will illutminate when ihe posilion Is
setocied.
(Parking Lampsj: Turn Ute Knob (o this syrrrbol to
manuaHy lurn on ihe following:
• Parking Lamps
• Sademarker Lamps
• Taillamps
• License Plale Lamps
• Instrument Panel Lights
Ci (Headtamps): Turn the knob to this symbol lo turn
on oil the lamps listed as well as the headlamps.
Automatic Headlamp System
When it is dark errough outside, your automatic
headlamp system will lurn on your headlamps at the
normal brtghrness along with other lamps such as
Ihe taillamps, si demarker, parking lamps and the
insirument panel lighls. The radio lights will also be on.
Your vetucle is equipped with a light serrsor on the
fop ot the instrument panel. Be sure it is not covered or
Ihe system
wj II be on wtienever the Ignllion is on.
The system may also turn on your lights when driving
ihrough a parkirtg garage, heavy overcast weather
