1. Locate the hex bolts, flat washers, lock wash-
ers and hex nuts used to secure the fenders to
the frame assembly. See Figure 6-32.
NOTE
This hardware should have been in the same
plastic bag as the wheel hub caps.
2. Align the fenders with the holes in the frame
assembly, and secure them with the hex bolts,
flat washers, lock washers and hex nuts using
a 1/2" wrench.
Tongue Assembly Installation
1. Remove both hex bolts, lock washers and hex
nuts from the frame assembly (where the
tongue assembly attaches) using a 9/16”
socket and a 9/16" wrench.
2. Place the tongue assembly into position and
secure it with hex bolts, lock washers and hex
nuts previously removed using a 9/16" socket
and a 9/16" wrench. See Figure 6-33.
3. Lower the reservoir assembly.
Beam to Reservior Frame Assembly Installation
NOTE
For shipping purposes, the pressure hose is
attached from the hydraulic gear pump (below
the engine), to the control valve (next to the
cylinder).
1. Place a suitable drain pan below the hydraulic
gear pump. See Figure 6-35.
