What to do if the PLC is not running?

10.1.2 No download of the PLC program to the target system possible
After having completed the compilation process successfully, you can transfer the PLC
program to the target system via the command OnlineLogin.
If an error message occurs, the following checks may serve as remedies:
1. Has a network connection from the Engineering PC to the target system been
established?
2. Does the range of numbers of the IP addresses match?
 Example:
Target device: 192.168.5.99
Development computer: 192.168.5.xxx
– The highlighted areas of the target device and development computer IP addresses
have to comply with each other, so that a download of the PLC program can be
carried out.
3. Does the target system respond to a "Ping" request of the Engineering PC?
4. Is the matching IP address of the target device entered in the »PLC Designer« under
OnlineCommunication parameters?
