Figure 1 View of configuration menu for routing object Callback.
Example 1 – Initiated by call:
External station with enabled and licensed Callback function calls to the SIM card in the PbX. Call is
routed to the object Callback. When calling user hears alert tone, he can wait for Ring detection
timeout expiration and then he doesn't use Callback function and is automatically routed to the
Destination after timeout. When he hangs up the call before timeout expiration, then is activated
Callback and timeout Callback delay. After expiration of Callback delay is established call back to
the external station. User of external station accepts the call and he can dial through the PbX
according to the Destination for ring.
Example 2 – Initiated by SMS:
External station with enabled and licensed Callback function sends SMS message to the SIM card in
the PbX. This SMS is routed to the object Callback. Text of this SMS is for example following:
800123456,30. It starts timeout (30s) and after its expiration is established call back to the
external station. User of external station accepts the call and then PbX begins to establish call to the
called party 800123456 using Destination for ring.
