In the case of terminals Entry, Economy, Basic, Standard and Advanced you can set up following
parameters:
1) Keypad setting
Keys are programmed via dialog box which you can invoke by clicking on the selected key. Within the
dialog box you have to select function and legend of the key. You can choose between following
functions:
NONE – With this function you can clear function of selected key on the specific level of fall-down
hierarchy.
ESC – With function Escape you can reject incoming calls, return to superior menu or clear entered
characters.
FLASH – With function Flash you can hold the call. If is call in hold, you can establish another
connection to different user or service. With this function you can also switch betwwen two active
calls (one of them is active and second one is in hold).
STATE – With function State you can control state of selected station or carrier and if you fill in the
number, you can also dial that number just hitting a key. State is indicated by LED next to the key.
"Quit" – LED doesn't shine.
"Hang off" – LED shines.
"Is alerted" – LED twinkles.
INTERCOM – With function Intercom you can connect two system phones StarPoint just hitting a
key. Within the dialog box you have to fill in CPN (Called Party Number). After hitting a key is
automatically established connection. Called user have to have system phone with handsfree.
PHONE LIST – With this option you can display phone book. This key has same function as hitting
right arrow.
MUTE – With function Mute you can temporarily deactivate microphone on your system phone. By
another hit of this key you will activate it again.
REDIAL – With function Redial you can dial last called number just hitting a key.
HANDSFREE – With function Handsfree you can switch call from handphone to the handsfree and
back. This can be used only for system phones StarPoint. By handsfree mode is used microphone and
speaker placed on the body of the terminal.
MISSED CALLS – With this function you can enter menu Missed calls.
DIALED CALLS – With this function you can enter menu Dialed calls.
RECEIVED CALLS – With this function you can enter menu Received calls.
NO FUNCTION – This option has no function. Key with this option has no function if isn't set
otherwise on the higher level of fall-down hierarchy.
NEW MESSAGES – With this function you can enter menu Received messages.
PROFILES – With this function you can enter menu Profiles, where you can activate or deactivate
profiles.
ACTIVATE PROFILE – With this function you can directly activate or deactivate selected profile.
