Properties
The tab Properties consists of many tabs, which are described in the separate chapter. This tab is
exceptional, because almost for all its parameters you can use hierarchical structure. This structure
and description of all parameters is situated in the chapter 9.1 Setting up the properties tab.
Profiles
For easier handling with user settings were created user profiles, which provide easy changes of a
large number of parameters in one step. Each user can use up to eight profiles, not counting setting
without profile. So it is overall nine profiles, which can differentiate in unlimited count of the
parameters. Profiles you can create via this configuration tool, system phones or user web application
Assistant. In the context menu of this tab you can find following options:
Add – This option is used for new profiles adding. If you create eighth profile, this option will be
disabled until you delete one of them. During creation of the profile, profile number is automatically
set. This number is always larger than the actual largest one by this user.
Delete – This option removes selected profile from the database.
Rename – This option renames selected profile.
The configuration of each user profile is divided into the three tabs:
a) Basic
Name – It shows only the name of the selected user profile. Parameter has only informative
character and you can't change it here, but via option Rename from the context menu as was
described above.
Number – It presents profile identifier which is used above all for service Profile activation. If you
don't fill this field, you aren't able to use this service.
Bundle – With this option you can assign selected profile to one of the created bundles. During
activation of the profile which has assigned some bundle, is user automatically added to this bundle.
During deactivation of this profile is user automatically removed from this bundle.
Presence string – To this field you have to fill in the text you want to display to the user calling to
one of your stations. This setting has higher priority than setting at user without profile. It means
that if this profile is active, this presence text will be displayed independently of other settings.
b) Voicemail
This tab is similar to tab Voicemail which you can find at the user level. However this tab doesn't
support all parameters. It is used only for setting specification within the user profile. Parameters of
this tab have higher priority. You can set following:
Progress – Parameter sets progress tone, which will be played to the calling user in the case of the
call forwarding to the voicemail.
CFNA (forwarding at no answer) – Parameter sets forwarding to the voicemail in the case of
unacceptance of the incoming call before timeout expiration. This timeout you can specify on the tab
Forwarding within the tab Properties at the same user. Default value of this timeout is set to 30
seconds.
CFU (forwarding unconditional) – Parameter sets unconditional forwarding to the voicemail. It
means that all incoming calls will be forwarded directly to the voicemail if this profile is active (and no
exceptions are set).
CFEC (forwarding on error cause or busy) – Parameter sets forwarding to the voicemail in the
case of busy user or in the case of other error cause detection (e.g. call rejection).
