Parameters of this tab are mostly divided into sections according to their function:
No answer timeout [ms] – This parameter sets maximum time of alerting of the called phone.
After expiration of this timeout is call establishment terminated with cause "user not responding" and
calling user hears congestion tone. Default value of this parameter is 180s.
Next call – With this parameter you can set up caution about incoming queued call. Default value of
this parameter is "NO" (caution is disabled). This function isn't implemented in the current version of
firmware.
Holdoff parameters
Hold – With this option you can enable holding of the call (Hold). Default value of this parameter is
"YES" (hold is enabled).
Hold tone – With this option you can set up the tone which will be played to the user in the case of
holding of his call by opponent. Default tone is progress tone Music on Hold.
Transfer parameters
ECT enabled – (Explicit Call Transfer) – With this parameter you can enable call transfer via external
interface (e.g. CTI phone).
ICT enabled – (Implicit Call Transfer) – With this parameter you can enable call transfer via
connected terminal (phone). You can use one of the following transfers:
Blind transfer – Before transfer isn't call accepted by the user. E.g. user A calls to the user B. User
B accepts the call and A and B are talking. User B holds the call. User A hears Music on Hold and
user B establishes new connection to user C. User C doesn't accept the call and user B terminates the

user C accepts the call, they can talk to each other.
Transfer without hang out – Before transfer is call accepted by the user. E.g. user A calls to the
user B. User B accepts the call and A and B are talking. User B holds the call. User A hears Music on
Hold and user B establishes new connection to user C. User C accepts the call and then user B
terminates the call. User A is connected to the user C and they can talk to each other.

your call from the queue. Without enabled queue is incoming call on busy station terminated with
cause "user busy". Default value of this parameter is "NO" (queue is disabled).
Queue depth – With this parameter you can set maximum of queued calls. All other incoming calls
will be rejected in the same way as the queue isn't enabled (cause user busy). If you set this
parameter to "zero", it means unlimited count of queued calls. Default value of this parameter is
"zero" (unlimited).
Queue timeout [ms] – This parameter defines delay between end of previous call and beginning of
