7.1 Routers
Router
Router is the set of rules, which are used for incoming call routing through the PbX. Routers are
defined in the menu
Routing – Routers
which consists of two windows. In the window on the left
side is displayed list of created routers. On the right side you can set up selected router. On the left
side of the menu you can use context menu with following options:
Add – With this option you can initiate dialog box for adding routers. Within this dialog box you have
to set name and type of new router. Each router type is after creating highlighted with specific colour
for easier orientation. You can choose between following router types:
Called number
– With this option you add router which is based on routing according to the called
number (CDN).
Calling number
– With this option you add router which is based on routing according to the calling
number (CLI).
Called number type
– With this option you add router which is based on routing according to the
called number subtype (CDN subtype). It means subtypes Internal, Local, National, International
or Unknown.
Calling number type
– With this option you add router which is based on routing according to the
calling number subtype (CLI subtype). It means subtypes Internal, Local, National, International
or Unknown.
Call type
– With this option you add router which routes incoming calls according to the call type. It
means for example voice, fax or data calls.
Port
– With this option you add router which routes incoming calls according to the incoming carrier
(via this carrier comes call to the PbX).
Text
– With this option you add router which routes incoming SMS messages according to the text.
Delete – With this option you can delete selected router. If the router isn't empty (it has some rows)
you will be asked if you really want to remove it. If you delete some router, all dependencies are
deleted also.
Delete all – With this option you can delete all created routers.
Rename – With this option you can rename selected router. If you fill in already used name, you
have to change it or abort renaming.
Default – With this option you can delete all actual routers and create new default routers according
to router list. This routers are automatically filled with services, users and stations.
Default from file – This option has similar function as previous, but in this case you can choose you
own file for creating new routers.
Actualize – With this option you can complete currently used routers according to selected list. Old
routers and its settings are preserved.
Actualize router – With this option is selected router filled with services, users or stations. If some
records are currently in the router, they aren't added.
Actualize from file – This option has similar function as Actualize, but in this case you can choose
your own source file. Existing routers aren't deleted, but they are completed with missing records.
Export to file – This option is used for creating backup of all routers and its records in xml file
