seven levels from "extremely fast" to "extremely slow".
i) AoC
On the tab AoC you can set up warranted count of displayed call records on the system phone. You
can set up independently count of records for Missed, Received and Dialed calls. Default count of
records is set to twenty. This limitation you can notice only in the PbX with great number of users
(carried calls). If the PbX has capacity to keep in store more records, all are displayed at any time.
j) SMS
On the tab SMS you can set up parameters for so called SMS at no answer. SMS at no answer is
SMS message which is automatically send to the called user if following conditions are satisfy:
1) Outgoing call is realized through GSM port.
2) Called party rejects or doesn't accept incoming call.
3) SMS at no answer is activated on one of the levels of fall-down hierarchy for calling user.
SMS at no answer is sent throug the same GSM port, which was used for previous call routing. SMS
at no answer doesn't follow basic SMS routing. On the tab SMS you have to fill in the text of SMS,
which you want to send to called users. To the body of the SMS you can also add information about
calling number (string %c) and name of calling station (%n).
Setting of the SMS:
Send SMS at no answer – This SMS is used for sending SMS at no answer to called station. This
setting has higher priority than setting for external station.
Send SMS at no answer of external station – This SMS is used for sending SMS at no answer to
called external station. This setting has lower priority than general setting above.
You can also set up timeout for sending. If you set this timeout to 20s, outgoing call have to alert to
the called station longer then 20s to send the SMS after call clering. Timeout is fourth condition
for sending of the SMS.
Examples of sending SMS at no answer:
1) User A calls to the foreign GSM phone via GSM port of the PbX. He has enabled sending of SMS at
no answer and timeout is set to 20s. The GSM phone begins to ring, but called user doesn't accept
the call. After timeout expiration (after 20s) user A clears the call (or the call is rejected from the
other side). Subsequently is sent SMS at no answer with text from the upper row of configuration.
SMS is sent via same GSM port which was used for call.
2) User A calls to the external GSM station of user B. User A has SMS at no answer disabled,
whereas user B has it enabled and without any timeout. After non-acceptance or rejection of the call
at the external GSM station is sent SMS at no answer with text from the bottom row of configuration
of user B. When user A has also enabled SMS at no answer, is sent SMS at no answer with text from
the upper row of configuration of user A.
k) Services
On the tab Services you can create individual setting for all services, where you want to have
different setting than global. Within the selected service you can modify parameters as progress
tones, timers and routers, or activate PIN request. Individual settings you can also disable by using
button Remove individual setting.
