7. A window with the question: “Do you want to optimize
the Batch List before optimizing it?” appears. Click Yes
if you want the list to be sorted automatically, to
minimize tape search time.
8. If necessary, the process can be ended by clicking the
Abort button.
When the Abort button is clicked, a confirmation
window appears.

There are several ways to edit the Batch List before it is
processed.
• The Batch List can be edited directly, similar to a
spreadsheet. Click the cell you wish to edit and make the
required changes.
• Right-click a line in the list to open the context menu and
select an option:
o Insert: add a new line in the Batch List
o Delete: delete the selected clip in the Batch list
o Delete All: delete all the clips in the Batch list
