Tab Configuration Zone
The actual existing tags configuration of the selected element is
displayed.
The tags are sorted by T/C. For example, if 3 tags are defined,
the first 3 positions should be checked and ordered by
increasing T/C.
For all undefined tags:
• The check box is unchecked.
• The T/C displayed corresponds to the current T/C of the
preview channel (if used) otherwise the T/C of the on-air
channel is grabbed. If none of those channel is available, or
if the T/C is outside the play-list element boundaries the T/C
displayed is ‘00:00:00:00’.
• The Tag Type box displays: “Select type”.
• The description area is empty.
Specifying a Timecode for the Tag to be
Activated
• As soon as Grab PGM T/C is clicked on, the T/C is taken
from the PGM channel used.
• As soon as Grab PRV T/C is clicked on, the value is taken
from a clip in the preview channel.
When a valid T/C is present in the timecode box, a tag type is
selected, and the corresponding check box is ticked. When the
element is played, the corresponding action will be performed at
the specified timecode.
Tag Types
There are six types of tag that can be selected from the drop-
down field, each is described in the following sections.
