This option is to define the speed of the selected elements.
When the Set Speed item is selected from the menu, a menu of
preset values and the ability to choose a custom speed is shown:
If an unknown speed is allocated to one play-list element means
it will be played out at the speed defined on the channel when
the element comes to air, for example the speed at which the
previous element on-air played at.
When Custom speed is selected, a popup window is displayed
asking for an exact speed to be entered:

The purpose of the start mode option for elements in a play-list
is to allow more flexibility in the playback of a play-list. It allows
for automatic starts, freezes within a list, external triggers to
start the list, and for the elements to play at a predetermined
time.
To define the start mode of the selected element(s), click on the
Define Start Mode item in the contextual menu, the following
window will be displayed:
