Adding predefined audio swap configurations
Initially there will only be one configuration type selectable
“Customize”. Additional configurations for a predefined audio
swap type are configured in the Tools > settings > Play-List –
predefined values tab, please refer to Predefined Audio Swap
Configuration, on page 175 for more information.
Using the Customize Option to Set up an Audio
Swap Tag Type
Select “Customize” and the default “one to one” audio
configuration is displayed in preparation for a configuration to be
made. By clicking on a crosspoint on the grid, the marker will be
moved to the new position and the reference field next to the
grid shows the tracks involved in the transition, for example ‘ A1-
>A1’ changes to ‘ A1->A3’
The audio swap mix duration can also be defined for the swaps
declared. Limit values are 00s00 to 20s00.
When the operator clicks on OK, the selection is validated and
displayed in the corresponding tag description with the selected
audio mix duration.
Note
Hide, Mute and Audio Swap tags are automatically reset
at the next transition by the XT play-list engine.
Conflict between Mute and Swap Audio Tracks
Mute and Swap Audio Tracks tags cannot be defined at the same
T/C value. If Mute and Swap are conflicting, the following error
window is displayed:
