If no group is already present in the selection of elements, when
Group is selected from the contextual menu, the selected
elements are grouped and the Insert a Group popup window is
displayed.
A new group can be named in the text field and the foreground
and background colour of the new group line can also be defined
from the standard ‘colour palette window’ of windows XP. When
the operation is validated by clicking on OK, a new comment line
in the play-list replaces all selected elements. The comment
element text displays the group name and its on-air duration if
the properties of the grouped elements allow the calculation to
be made (start modes are set to automatic).

When a group of elements is selected in the list (only that line of
the list), its elements can be ungrouped back to the original
separate elements.
When Ungroup is selected from the Edit Play-List contextual
menu, the comment line is removed from the list and the
corresponding elements, which were part of the group are
displayed in the list.
