Overview
In some application, it will cost a lot to have an extra bandwidth added
after equipments are installed. In MSAP2000, PMM is used to solve
this kind of dilemma. Using start-of-the art technology of the passive
optical component, saving the need for extra optical fiber for trunk,
MSAP2000 can provide more bandwidth required.
By configuring MSAP2000 to use different trunk interface associated
with PMM, the total bandwidth can be optimized for different
applications.

Applcaition
PMM provides the capability to combine Gigabit Ethernet and SDH
transport into one Fiber by WDM technology. It provides higher
broadband bandwidth and tradition SDH service at the same time.
