Player Substitution
 substitutes a player currently out of the game for a player who is in
the game.
 substitutes six players who are currently out of the game for all of the
in-game players.
 increments the number of substitutions taken.

 Press followed by any of the following keys to edit the respective value

 Pressing the up or down arrow keys after pressing scrolls
through the game scores for the selected team.
