Probable Cause
Steering wheel is heavy
When releasing steering wheel, it
will not return to neutral.
Or returns arbitrarily.
Cylinder operation more degraded
against steering wheel oration.
Or it will not operate.
Steering wheel rotates in reverse
direction.
Oil leakage
