Disposal
The packaging is made from environmentally-friendly materials that can be used as secondary raw materials. If
the packaging is no longer required, it can be disposed of free of charge in Germany via the Duale System of
the VfW (order number D-59101-2009-1129). Otherwise, dispose of the material according to your local waste
disposal regulations.
Place discharged batterie in local collection boxes (not in the household waste). In
Germany, corresponding collection boxes are made available by GRS (Stiftung
‘Gemeinsames Rücknahmesystem Batterien’) on request with Sartorius.
For scrapping of the instrument, please contact your local authorities. Prior to
scrapping, any batterie should be removed. In Germany, Sartorius AG takes care of
the return and legally compliant disposal of its equipment on its own.
In other countries, please consult with the local authorities.
