244 Tutorial 9 Creating Clean Plates
To stitch images using the AutoAlign node:
1 From a new Shake script, insert an Image–FileIn node.
2 In the File Browser, navigate to the $HOME/nreal/Tutorial_Media/Tutorial_09/images/
stitching directory.
You’ll see one image sequence, photo[email protected]. By default, Shake assumes that
sequentially numbered frames are part of an image sequence, and displays a single file
name in the File Browser. These are the still images you want to read in, but you don’t
want to read them as an image sequence.
3 Deselect the Sequence Listing button to view the directory contents as individual files.
4 Select photo1369.JPG, photo1370.JPG, and photo1371.JPG, then click OK.
5 Insert a Transform–AutoAlign node, then connect the photo images to it, like this:
