The node tree appears in the Node View.

In the Node View, select the Rotate1, Blur1, and Rotate2 nodes that build the macro.

With the pointer in the Node View, press Shift-M.

Note: You can also right-click in the Node View, then choose Macro > Make Macro from
the shortcut menu.
