Color
Use this dialog to customize the colors used for Channels, Math, and
Memory traces when shown on your instrument and when used in print
output.
NOTE: These color settings match a waveform on the grid display (both
on-screen and printed) and show consistently on corresponding dialogs,
tables, and trace descriptor labels.
Channels - Make Screen and Print color selections for C1 through C4 by
touching one of the color swatches. When the Color pop-up is
displayed, use it to specify your desired color.
Math Traces - Make Screen and Print color selection for F1 through F8
by touching one of the color swatches. When the Color pop-up is
displayed, use it to specify your desired color.
Memory Traces - Make Screen and Print color selection for M1 through
M4 by touching one of the color swatches. When the Color pop-up is
displayed, use it to specify your desired color.
Factory default colors - click this button to instantly recall the original
color settings for your instrument.
NOTE: Print colors are used only when the Colors control is set to Print
on the Hardcopy dialog in Utilities → Utilities Setup.... For convenience,
the Preview print colors button is provided on this portion of the dialog.
When the button is touched, a preview is generated on the grid display
area. A subsequent touch of the button closes the preview.
