Display Config. from Sd/MMC
This returns to the main page of configuration information. See the last section of the manual for the commands
available on the ‘configuration’ page.
o) !
Reload Defaults
This reloads the default values for all the animation variables. It does not affect the variables used to trigger
sounds. These are set through the ‘Mp3 Config.exe’ program. Any Sd/MMC flash card that is inserted into the Sd-
50/xx will be checked for a valid configuration file. It the Sd-50/xx finds a valid configuration file, and it is different
from what is already loaded into the player, it will be read from the Sd/MMC flash card and used to configure the
card.
p) !
Play a Show
This command is available ONLY if ShowFiles have been loaded on the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/
40.
This command is used to request and play a specific show with the ‘looping’ flag cleared. If the currently run-
ning show (if any) is NOT steppable, The Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40 will confirm with you that you do indeed want to start
another show. At the end of the show the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40 will sit and wait for the next ‘start’ or ‘loop’ command.
Do NOT use this command for controlling the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40 except during testing. Use the equivalent Serial
Port command instead.
s) !
Stop Show
This command is available ONLY if ShowFiles have been loaded on the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/
40.
This command stops any show witch is playing or looping immediately. The Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40 will sit and
wait for the next ‘start’ or ‘loop’ command. Do NOT use this command for controlling the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40 ex-
cept during testing. Use the equivalent Serial Port command instead.
t) !
Verify Shows
This command is available ONLY if ShowFiles have been loaded on the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/
40.
This command is used to test the show data which has been downloaded to the Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40. This will
take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes, depending of the size of the AutoDownload file that must be
tested. It you have the ‘Atomic’ Clock option installed in your Sd-50/8 or Sd-50/40, it will give you the option of
verifying the schedule or shows, if both have been downloaded, If no shows have been downloaded, but a schedule
file has, then this command will automatically verify the schedule.
x) !
Exit
This is used to exit the configuration mode. It will ask you to press ‘y’ or ‘n’ before completing the command.
z) !
Set Time Zone
This command is used to offset how much time must be added or subtracted from the Universal Coordinated
Time (UCT, also known as ‘Zulu’ time) to display the local time. You can set whether time is added or subtracted
