Enabling a Software Option
You can use the Software Option feature to enable optional, purchased software features on your
device.
To enable a Software Option:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, log in as administrator, then click System → Security .
Note: The Software Option feature is visible only when HTTPS is enabled. For details, refer
to Configuring HTTP Settings in the Embedded Web Server .
2. In the Security area, click Software Option .
3. For Software Option, type the authorization key that was provided with your purchased software
kit.
4. Click OK .
