Specifying a Registration
Number
You can search by Destination Lists.
Limitation
❒ Fax and e-mail destination are not
displayed at the same time.

Press the {{{{Search Destination}}}} key.
BBBB
Select [Search by Registration No.]
using
{{{{U U U U}}}} or {{{{T T T T}}}}.
CCCC
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
[Search by Registration No.] entry
display appears.
DDDD
Enter the three-digit registration
number of desired Quick Dial
key by number keys.
Note
❒ If you enter a wrong registration
number, press the {{{{Clear/Stop}}}}
key, and then enter the code
again.
EEEE
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
Search result appears.
Note
❒ If no destination is matched for
specified registration number,
"
Specified destination is
not programmed. " is displayed.
Press [Exit] to return to the dis-
