Press 0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 to display the num-
ber of the forwarding station you
want to register.
If a forwarding station is already
registered, the fax number for that
station is displayed.

Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
LLLL
Enter the other party's fax number
with the number keys.
MMMM
Press the {{{{OK}}}} key.
The Forwarding Station's fax num-
ber is registered.
NNNN
Press the
{{{{OK}}}} key.
OOOO
Enter the other party's name.
PPPP
Press the {{{{OK}}}} key.
QQQQ
If you want to register the Speci-
fied Sender as a Wildcard, press
0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 to select " Yes ".
RRRR
Press the {{{{OK}}}} key.
To register another Specified Send-
er, repeat the above steps from
step
N.
To register a different Forwarding
Station, press the
{{{{Cancel}}}} key and
repeat the above steps from step I.
Limitation
❒ Names for Specified Senders
can be up to 24 characters long.
Note
❒ You can confirm the names and
fax numbers of Specified Send-
ers on the Journal.
❒ You can confirm registered
Specified Senders using the
Specified Sender list.

Press the {{{{User Tools}}}} key to re-
turn to the standby display.
Editing a Forwarding Station
To edit a Forwarding Station that is
already registered, perform the fol-
lowing procedure.

Press the
{{{{User Tools}}}} key.
BBBB
Press
0 0 0 0 or 1 1 1 1 until " 4. Fax Fea-
tures " is displayed.
CCCC
Press the {{{{OK}}}} key.
