get_write_data_phase()
This blocking procedure gets a write data phase that is uniquely identified by the transaction_id
argument previously created by the
get_write_data_phase() sets the data_beat_done array index element to 1 when the phase
completes. If this is the last data phase of the burst then it returns the last argument set to 1.
