get_write_response_phase()

get_write_response_phase()
This blocking procedure gets a write response phase that is uniquely identified by the
transaction_id argument previously created by the
create_monitor_transaction() procedure.
It sets the transaction_done field to 1 when the phase completes to indicate the whole
transaction has completed.
AXI3 Example
