get_rw_transaction()
This blocking task gets a complete read or write transaction previously created by the
create_monitor_transaction() function.
It updates the *_transaction record for the complete transaction.
AXI3 Example
// Declare a local variable to hold the transaction record.
axi_transaction monitor_trans;
// Create a monitor transaction and assign it to the local
