push_transaction_id()

push_transaction_id()
This nonblocking procedure pushes a transaction ID into the back of a queue. The transaction is
uniquely identified by the transaction_id argument previously created by either the
create_write_transaction() or create_read_transaction() procedure. The queue is identified by
the queue_id argument.
